Tuesday’s Tale: Just a Nice Guy (part 2)

Just in case you missed it, check out Just a nice guy (part 1) first before you read this.

So the lesson: never try to become someone that you are not. Sometimes nice guys are trying so hard to be bad boys in order to get the girl. They try to look ‘hard to get’, ‘hang out with other girls’, use ‘fancy and cool language’, yet that’s not the point. The point is being you, and Nick totally fails on that.

Girls like honesty, and besides if you are already in a relationship, how long can you stand your ‘not-you’ personality? All the efforts will be in vain in the end.

Remember, be yourself, ‘cos everybody else is taken.

Part two – The Lesson
“Nice guys finish last.”

Nick is the nice guy we all know. He’s polite, considerate, friendly…and single. In this second part of the 3-part series, Nick takes his friend’s advice and tries to show Amy, the girl he likes, that he’s not a typical “nice guy”. When his efforts get him nowhere, Kristen, Amy’s good friend, teaches Nick what it truly means to make someone feel special.

  1. I think it’s really sad to see men begging women for have relationships or something else. A man should be a man, it doesn’t mean being rude or gentle, we are all different in this world. In my opinion finding a girl isn’t that complicated, the big problem is keeping the relationship with her.

  2. Hi Ian,

so true! finding a girl is only a problem of ‘getting the girl’ or ‘not getting the girl’, but keeping the relationship is a different story altogether. but most people are programmed to care more about ‘how to get the girl’ (from movies probably?) but anyway, yea, a man should be a man ;).

  3. In my opinion these guys should buy definitely a ticket to Italy in order to learn properly the noble art to conquer women’s heart! Ok, Joking apart, I think you will find fun this two videos about the everlasting fight between guys and girls ;D
